Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Mega388 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the Mega388 website located at mega388.cam, including all related subdomains, mobile applications, and any other services offered by the Company (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Mega388 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be legally bound by its provisions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Mega388 operates an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players based in Malaysia, including but not limited to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. All services are provided in English and all monetary values are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Mega388 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including both real-money balance and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or any other incentive credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Rollover / Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be bet before a withdrawal can be made.
• "Platform" means the Mega388 website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which Services are delivered.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, lottery products, and any other gaming or ancillary services made available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing the Platform is unlawful or restricted.

To register and maintain an Account on Mega388, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement. Mega388 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law.
• You are acting as an individual in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of Mega388 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from Mega388 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that renders responsible engagement with the Platform impractical.

Registration on Mega388 requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each person is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, regardless of whether they were created intentionally, may be closed at the Company's sole discretion, and balances may be confiscated pending investigation.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Mega388 will require you to complete KYC verification. Acceptable documents for Malaysian players include:

• Valid Malaysian IC (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid Malaysian or international Passport
• Proof of residential address — utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, or Telekom Malaysia) or bank statement dated within the last 3 months
• Selfie photograph holding your primary ID document

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 24–48 business hours. Mega388 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Mega388 supports the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are also accepted.

The standard minimum deposit is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to the individual limits of each payment provider. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.

All deposits and withdrawals must comply with the following conditions:

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum of RM50 per transaction.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• Mega388 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may result in additional processing time.

Mega388 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, the maximum allowable stake per round or bet is typically capped at RM250. Bets placed in excess of this cap during an active bonus period may be voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. The contribution rate for each game is specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered through in full within 7, 14, or 30 days of being credited (as specified per promotion). Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: A maximum of one active bonus may be held on an Account at any time. Players must exhaust or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus Abuse: Mega388 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it reasonably suspects that promotions are being exploited through collusion, multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or any other abuse of promotional mechanics.

All games on the Mega388 Platform — including but not limited to live casino tables, video slots, sports betting markets, live football in-play betting, lottery draws, and arcade games — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering.

With respect to sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia, Premier League for EPL, UFC for mixed martial arts events).
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with our specific sports betting rules, which are available on the Platform.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a winning payout. A single incorrect selection renders the entire parlay a loss.
• Mega388 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where it was not clearly classified as an in-play market.
• In the event of a technological fault, system error, or pricing error that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes, Mega388 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mega388 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, coordinated betting strategies, or organised abuse of promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies, whether on the Platform itself or via third-party systems connected to it.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any manipulation of sports events on which Mega388 offers betting markets.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Mega388 staff, support agents, or other players.

All content on the Mega388 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all content (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of Mega388 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without prior written consent from Mega388.

Mega388 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and improving our services.

Mega388 does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Your information may be shared with regulated payment processors (including FPX, DuitNow, and e-wallet providers), identity verification providers, and law enforcement authorities where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mega388 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Mega388 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content, odds, or results displayed on the Platform.

Mega388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Violation of responsible gambling requirements, including evidence of underage gambling.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, your remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirement shortfalls on bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

Mega388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the dispute being formally raised in writing, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration.

Mega388 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to its licensed jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable consumer protection law.
